How is my artwork shipped? 

All prints will be carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes to ensure they arrive safely. Original artworks are packaged with protective materials to prevent any damage during transit. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

What are the shipping times?

We aim to ship fine art prints within 2 weeks, while original artworks take 2-4 weeks to prepare. We ensure everything is absolutely perfect before it's sent off. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We can deliver both original artworks and fine art prints. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location. 

Can I change something in my order?

Once checkout is completed, we're unable to make changes to the artwork ordered. However, if you need to update your shipping address, please let us know within 24 hours of purchase, and we'll do our best to accommodate the request.

Do you offer framing options for your artwork?

Framing isn't included by default. We are happy to offer framing options for an additional charge upon request. Please get in touch to discuss your specific needs.
