We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you would like to return your artwork, please see our returns policy below:
Original Artworks
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the original artwork.
- The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure artwork arrives safely.
- If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 working days with clear photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Prints
- Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 3 working days with a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
- Other returns: If you're not completely satisfied with your print, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. As long as the print is returned in its original condition and packaging, we'll process your refund once it's safely back with us. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Commissions
- Since commissioned pieces are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable.
- However, Chanelle will work closely with you throughout the process, providing you with regular updates and ensuring you're happy at every stage.
- If there is ever an issue with a commissioned piece, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to resolve it.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and confirm the approval of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund to you.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
- Please keep the packaging and item intact until we've guided you through the next steps.
